Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Job Profit Pro you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use the service.

Job Profit Pro is a construction management SaaS platform that provides estimating, project management, proposals, job costing, scheduling, daily logs, and reporting tools for contractors and construction companies.

Job Profit Pro offers optional transactional and operational SMS notifications.

For messaging compliance purposes, JPP messaging services are registered under Kingdom Builderz.

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively enabling SMS notifications within JPP, you consent to receive text messages from Job Profit Pro.

Messages may include task reminders, project activity reminders, follow-up reminders, appointment reminders, deadline notifications, scheduling notifications, account-related operational notifications, and other notifications requested or enabled through JPP.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Job Profit Pro.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, notification settings, and configured reminders.

Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.

Reply HELP for assistance.

You may also disable SMS notifications through your Job Profit Pro notification settings.

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you opt in again, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to use that number for these communications.

SMS consent and opt-in information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period you must subscribe to continue using the service. Trial data is preserved when you subscribe.

Job Profit Pro is billed at $299 per month. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Your data remains accessible until the end of your paid period.

You own all data you enter into Job Profit Pro. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your project data, client information, or financial data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

Each company account is completely isolated. Your data is never visible to other companies using Job Profit Pro. We enforce strict data separation at the database level.

You agree not to use Job Profit Pro to violate any laws, infringe on any rights, or interfere with the service. You agree not to attempt to access another company's data or reverse engineer the platform.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Job Profit Pro, its logo, design, and software are owned by Job Profit Pro. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any platform intellectual property.

Job Profit Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last three months.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
