Job Profit Pro ("JPP", "we", "us", or "our") is a software platform operated by Kingdom Builderz. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and password when you register.

Company Data: Project information, estimates, proposals, expenses, daily logs, change orders, and any other data you enter into the platform.

Usage Data: How you use the platform including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. Used to improve the product.

Payment Information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe processes and stores payment information securely.

Notification & Contact Information: Mobile phone number, messaging preferences, consent or opt-in records, and message delivery information when you choose to enable SMS notifications, as well as any contact details you provide for account communication.

Job Profit Pro provides optional transactional and operational SMS notifications to users who affirmatively opt in to receive text messages.

For messaging compliance purposes, Job Profit Pro messaging services are registered under Kingdom Builderz.

When you opt in to SMS notifications, we may collect and process your mobile phone number, messaging preferences, consent or opt-in records, message delivery information, and related information necessary to provide and manage the messaging service.

SMS messages may include task reminders, project updates, customer follow-up reminders, appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, deadline reminders, and other account-related operational notifications.

Message frequency varies based on your activity, reminders, and notification settings. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance. You may also disable SMS notifications through your Job Profit Pro notification settings.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Job Profit Pro.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers to support our messaging and platform operations. These service providers may process information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf, such as communications delivery, hosting, security, or infrastructure, and are subject to appropriate restrictions. They are not authorized to use your mobile phone number or messaging consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the service
• Process your payments
• Send account and billing emails
• Deliver optional SMS notifications you have enabled
• Improve the platform
• Respond to support requests
• Send product updates (you can opt out at any time)

We do not:

• Sell your data to any third party
• Use your project or client data for advertising
• Share your financial data with anyone outside the service

Your company data is completely isolated from other companies using Job Profit Pro. We enforce strict row-level security so no other company can access your records under any circumstances.

Your data is stored securely in the United States. We use industry standard encryption in transit and at rest.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account you may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@getjobprofitpro.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the platform is used. We do not use cookies for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser but some features may not work.

We use the following third party services:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Resend: transactional email
• Base44: application infrastructure
• Telecommunications and messaging providers: delivery of optional SMS notifications

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Opt out of marketing emails
• Opt out of SMS notifications at any time

Job Profit Pro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
